This week my wishlist is all about loafers. A pair of comfortable flats that are a must have all year round and I have been drawn to the adrogynous charm. These are ultimately the shoe of the season and can be easily styled with anything. The detailing of the fringe and gold chains balances the boy/girl mix. There was a time when New Look would be the last place for me to buy shoes from because I would never find that ‘special’ pair and was always disapointed with the style and quality. So ironically, it was a coincidence that all three on my list are from New Look (via ASOS) which wasn’t deliberate I swear. But more recently I have to say that I have been impressed and I will be finding my little self over there a lot more. The first pair have a more feminine armour offering a slim shaped heel. Whereas the last two have chunky heels providing a more tomboyish touch which may not be to everyone’s taste. Over the last few weeks I have had a thing for the ugly but nice shoes. And I always vowed to myself (and a pact with my sisters) that I would never wear a pair of white shoes. But there is just something about the white chunky tassel loafers that have just won my heart. I think I will see you babies on Payday…a little retail therapy wont hurt right?
And all for under £20…Result! You know I’m one for a bargain.

CASIO MINI LADIES SILVER TONE DIGITAL WATCH LA670WEA-4E – c/o The Watch Hut
The Watch Hut is the UK’s largest online retailer of watches, offering a bigger and better selection of timepieces than any other UK website.
I’m one for all things retro so when I was kindly gifted this silver Casio watch from the Watch Hut I couldn’t of been happier. Already owning a bigger gold one, I was thrilled to receive this small slick stylish one in silver. They say great things come in small packages and this is certainly true. Being a petite person with tiny wrists, this classic Casio piece rests so neatly and comfortably. The adjustable strap can be easily used by just flipping the clasp up which is indicated by an arrow and sliding to fit the size of your wrist, so there’s no need to waste time in paying to get links taken out.
This is a perfect everyday and convenient watch. Such an easy get up and go item. The stainless steel is so light in weight that you wouldn’t even notice you’re wearing it. It is also water resistant as well as featuring alarm and stop watch functions. I’m not a gadgety person but the controls are so simple to use. With all its features, what more could you possibly ask for?
I must say that this is a brilliant digital watch and very reliable. I am very pleased with it considering it you can wear it with anything and everything, day or night. Versatile? Durable? Fashionable? Functional? Yes all the above and more. For only £13.75 you can’t go wrong. I have already received a lot of compliments about it and at amazing affordable prices let me tell you that it is very wise to head over to the Watch Hut and bag yourself a bargain. Christmas is drawing near so this would make for a great present.
Are you a lover of the timeless Casio watches?

So if you saw my previous post you can see where my style inspo came from. Playing true to the AW13 trend I just couldn’t shy away from a leather and check combo. These cool vintage pair of high waisted faux leather trousers are such a treasure. At only just £1, yup £1 I grabbed myself a bargain from a local thrift store. Who says you can’t look as good on a budget as the next girl in designer. The supple leather make for such a comfortable and light fit. Softening the boyfriend style I teamed with a plain black bustier for a more feminine edge. A biker jacket is an essential that every girl should have so of course I had to complete my look with one. I decided to play it cool rocking mine draped off my shoulders. This timeless piece adds punk/rock touch to any outfit. Maximising the grunge trend at its best I accessorised with my leather bum bag which is so perfect for all the things you need and finishing with spiked suede boots. For only £8 I suggest you go to bay here and grasp these on trend ankle boots seeing as winter is on its way.
I’m off to the Love Is Festival in Shoreditch with the other half. Looking forward to food, drink and fun! Hope you all have a lovely day…
